cloud-sptheme-common software package provides Cloud Sphinx theme and related extensions (theme files and docs), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cloud-sptheme-common
cloud-sptheme-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cloud-sptheme-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cloud-sptheme-common *
You will get with cloud-sptheme-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
